Four Post Stillages 1311 to 1313 Rated at 3300 lbs
Stillages are not all create equal. They nearly all meant to do similar things. But the end results are not the same. Our stillages are crane rated. Others are just pipes welded together. What load can they take? Who knows. What happens in the field with others is they strap up the stillages and rely on the straps for a rating. This is an incorrect understanding of how crane ratings work. It also is slow. If you take 3 minutes to strap then unstrap a load, and it takes 20 seconds with points to hook into, at $500 an hour (Crane rental and crew hourly) it costs you $22 for the privilege of not being certain what you are doing is even safe. We confer an ASME rating with our bins.
The sockets on our stillages are the largest I’ve ever seen. You’ll appreciate this when you go to stack them. They come in powder coated or galvanized coatings. Castors are available as well. The boardholders allow you to put 1” boards on the sides to create walls. This is an affordable way to create a box with a four post pallet (Stillage). The stillages will stack up and ship affordably this way.
Many of the prices will be shared on request. Reach out to sales@cranegear.net and we can go through the options to ensure you are getting affordable solutions that meet your needs.
