Super Sacks rated at 2200 lbs and 3300 lbs

$33.50

Our Bulk Bags are unique a few respects. We give them a rating. It's not an ASME B30.20 rating but and industrial rating with a known safety factor. This depends on the bag being in good condition like any lifting device. This is up to the user to determine in the field. In new condition with no tears, it will exceed the ratings by several times. This will meet OSHA 1926.251 without issue. 2200 and 3300 lb ratings are available.

We also have a lifter for these that prevent them from folding in and causing tears due to unnatural pulling. These make it so a forklift can lift them without damaging the eyes due to over spreading them. The spreader can also allow you to safely lift four bags at a time on a standard four way lifting system found on most cranes.

These bags will only make sense being sold in bulk as we do need to ship them. But if you need a rated bag to meet OSHA or your local government requirements, these will do that. I should note that there is no ASME rating for these. To the best of my knowledge, there is no ASME that would include these.

We also have stands for these. If you need details on any of these other options, or on dimensions, reach out at sales@cranegear.net and we'll dig in for more information together.
