Loading up tippers that are tall can be a challenge. Even a person needing to lift items up to chest height can pose ergonomic problems. The 2’ and 2’-6” ‘ heights at the loading edge of the 2043 make it so that one is only lifting as high as a wheel barrow to load items. It keeps the shoulders and the torso out of supporting the load while centralizing it on the legs and back.
Dumping out wheel barrows into the bins becomes and option too. Instead of finding ways to get the wheel barrow to the dumpster, you can dump out into the tipper and transfer it to the dumpster with the forklift. It’s a double handling that makes the most of all of the equipment to protect the people and your production rates.
